Our goal, since our inception in 1995, has remained the same….. to help make our customers better golfers and enjoy the game more. We feel if we do this, both our customers and Miles of Golf will reap the rewards. Here is how we go about our business.
Equipment
Our 10, 000 square foot golf shop has been a Golf World Best 100 Shop since 1999. Our golf shop is a large, high volume, shop that carries all the major club brands plus quality starter and intermediate sets. We also have an extensive inventory of accessories, golf apparel and shoes. Having the most well-trained and knowledgeable staff in the industry, we feel confident that we can assist in your quest to become a better player. We do not allow manufacturers to pay our staff to promote their products which we feel would interfere with their ultimate job – finding the right equipment and golf gear for you.
Club Fitting
We are recognized as one of the elite club fitting shops in the country and have been designated as a Golf Digest Top 100 Fitter since the awards inception in 2013. Our fitting and testing center, the Cluboratory, is equipped with over $600,000 of demo equipment including 3 TrackMan radar ball flight monitors, Foresight GC Quad, a SAM Puttlab and demo clubs from every major manufacturer. The Cluboratory is heated and protected from the elements yet allows the customer and club fitter to see the full flight of the ball. We have fitting systems from every leading golf club manufacturer. Our club fitting staff is recognized throughout the industry as one of the very best and fits thousands of players each year from high handicap players to some of the best players in the Midwest.
Practice
Our 27 acre practice facility has been named a Top 100 Range since 1996. It has over 100 tees with 42 covered and heated bays for year around use. We have found that excellent practice balls, quality synthetic mats, an excellent putting green (free), and grass tees make a very nice practice experience. New for 2021, we have installed Toptracer Range powered by Topgolf. Toptracer Range tracks every shot hit on our range and provides instant feedback for your practice session. There is no additional charge to use Toptracer, the price is included in the cost of the bucket.
Golf Academy
The Mark MacDonald Golf Academy, located at Miles of Golf and Heritage Club, is passionate about helping golfers of all ability levels accomplish their dreams of playing their best golf. Whether this is a beginner or an accomplished tour professional, they have the expertise to help golfers take their game to the next level. The academy provides all-season instruction, 52 weeks per year, and coaching programs utilizing the finest golf technology, such as TrackMan.
