Pete is the general manager of our Cincinnati location. He oversees all aspects of the facility, from our golf shop to our fun center. Pete graduated with a BBA in management from Eastern Michigan University is 2007. He joined the Miles of Golf team shortly after, at the beginning of the 2008 season as a club fitter. As Pete has grown with the company job responsibilities have changed, but club fitting is still at the core of those. He takes pride in it and is an excellent club fitter. Pete is TrackMan Level 2 Certified, and Quintic Ball Roll Level 1 Certified.

Dave’s background in golf includes holding positions at several golf courses in Southeast Michigan, including outside maintenance as well as inside the pro shop. Before joining Miles of Golf in 2013 Dave worked as a food and beverage manager for Michigan State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business in 2007. Dave’s passion for golf started at a young age with a cut-down Chi Chi Rodriguez 7 iron, learning to swing and hit wiffle balls in his parent’s backyard, carried through his years in high school as a Varsity letter winner at Saline High School, and is still something he enjoys to do as much as possible.

Derek began his academic journey at Adrian College in Michigan, focusing on golf and business management before transferring to the Golf Academy of America in Orlando, FL. There, he completed his degree in Business Management and Golf Operations, gaining expertise in golf club fitting, repair, and design. Prior to joining Miles of Golf in 2013, Derek worked at Barton Hills Country Club and competed in high-level amateur golf events across the Midwest. Derek is a key club fitter and primary manager of our Cluboratory. He ensures the studio is equipped with the latest fitting tools and holds a TrackMan Level 2 Certification.

Doug joined Miles of Golf in 2014 for the launch of our Cincinnati store, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in the golf industry, including a decade as Director of Golf at Four Bridges Country Club. His career, primarily based in the Cincinnati area, includes roles at The King Island Golf Center, Golden Tee Golf Center, and as a sales representative for brands like Etonic, Founders Club, and Orlimar Golf Company. Starting in 2015, Doug began specializing in club fittings at MOG, quickly becoming our go-to expert for Basixx fittings and putter fittings. He holds a Quintic Ball Roll Level 1 Certification.

Seth joined the Miles of Golf team in May of 2019. He Graduated from Alderson Broaddus University with a degree in sport management and is currently pursuing his MBA in Human Resource Management from Tiffin University. During his college golf career he received several all conference honors, along with one individual win. Prior to MOG he has worked at several golf courses was an assistant coach for the Tiffin men’s golf team. Seth is an active participant in GCGA events. 

Carissa started golfing competitively during her Senior year at Edgewood High School, where she was First Team All-Conference. From there, she attended Mount St. Joseph University and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She was a member of the MSJU Golf team all four years. During her collegiate career, she contributed to the program's first ever-team victory and placed individually on the All-Tournament team in a few tournaments. She joined the Miles of Golf team in March of 2021. 

Originally from Mason, Christian's early athletic interests were in baseball and basketball. His passion for golf ignited in Casper, Wyoming, where he managed the Golf Shop at Three Crowns Country Club. Returning home after a few years, he furthered his golf career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Walden Ponds Golf Club, before joining Miles of Golf in spring 2022. By early 2023, Christian became a Club Fitter and has also worked as a TaylorMade Experiential Rep.

Justin has a decade of competitive golf experience, starting at La Salle High School and pausing during his business studies at Miami University. After college, he reignited his competitive spirit at the Mark Macdonald Golf Academy in Cincinnati, where he developed a passion for club fitting. Currently a scratch golfer, Justin competes in USGA and Ohio amateur events and joined the Miles of Golf team in February 2022

Matt, a Business Management graduate from Muskingum University and former university golf team player, joined Miles of Golf in April 2021. He actively participates in MVGA events and spent 2023 with PING, conducting fittings across prestigious country clubs and at Phoenix headquarters. Returning to Miles of Golf in January 2024, Matt brings enhanced knowledge and experience, holding a TrackMan Level 2 Certification.
